Provide intensive home-based family intervention, life skills education, and supportive services in order to preserve families, reduce the need for out of home placement, expedite the return of children to their families, and prevent the recurrence of abuse and neglect. Carries a caseload of two (2) families. Responsible for: regular visits with the family in their home or community for a period of 28 days, and not more than 42 days; performing required assessments; writing and submitting service plans, safety plans and progress reports; providing concrete assistance and referrals based on the individual needs of each family. Works a flexible schedule (including non-traditional hours) based on families’ needs.
Perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures. Responsible for learning and maintaining the functional areas of accounting and related computer processing systems of the agency as assigned.
Provide clinical supervision and professional leadership to a team so the functioning of the unit can be accomplished. Supervisor activities include: Organize workflow and priorities; Assign work among employees; Maintain quality/quantity standards regarding program performance and outcomes; Interpret operating policies and procedures; Participate in hiring process; Train employees; Evaluate employee performance; Twenty-four hour (24) availability to accept referrals or assist with staff and client emergencies.

This position is responsible for onboarding and training new WeCare Connect clients, consulting with and retaining clients, as well as identifying new opportunities with existing clients. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for rapid advancement, requiring an individual who is a quick learner and easily adapts to change. Extensive training, coaching, and mentoring will be provided to ensure candidate’s success in this position. Compensation starts at $12-15 per hour. Responsible for the total maintenance, laundry and housekeeping programs of the facility and grounds. Is responsible for developing and maintaining an ongoing maintenance program covering the building and all equipment. Is responsible for recruiting and employing maintenance staff. Recommends planning and budgeting relative to the maintenance department including labor, supplies, and equipment as needed. Correlates maintenance services with all other department, both inside and outside the facility.
